Watch PS4’s “State Of Play” Stream Here: Start Times And More
Sony has announced its own streaming presentation. The first such “State of Play” showcase will debut on Monday, March 25, and promises a series of game reveals, trailers, news, and more for PS4 and PSVR.
You’ll be able to watch the stream in its entirety right here on GameSpot. Sony suggested in its announcement that this will be the first of many streaming presentations that it airs throughout the year, and that new ones will be coming regularly. Nintendo and Microsoft both hold similar presentations, called Nintendo Direct and Inside Xbox, respectively.
Though Sony hasn’t detailed which games it will be showing off, it has several upcoming titles that could be part of the showcase. The Last of Us 2, Ghost of Tsushima, Dreams, Days Gone, and Death Stranding are all in the pipeline, and Sony is likely to pepper in some indies and VR exclusives as well. The company announced it will be skipping E3 this year, so a series of smaller presentations may be part of its way to fill the gap.
Microsoft is holding a similar presentation, focused strictly on indies, on March 26. Check for the State of Play showtimes, and then synchronize your watches and set your bookmarks to come back here and watch the show. You can see start times in various time zones below.

Sekiro Guide: Where To Find Snapseeds To Fight Lady Butterfly
Even early in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, there are some tough boss battles to deal with, but they can be made a lot easier with the right weapons and items. There are a bunch of early prosthetics you shouldn’t miss, like the Flame Vent, which can be a huge help fighting the Chained Ogre. Lady Butterfly, a fast-moving boss who uses illusory apparitions to aid her, is another fighter who’s a lot easier if you have the right equipment.
Dealing with Lady Butterfly is a lot easier if you have Snapseeds, a consumable item that breaks the illusion of the boss’s apparitions. You’ll get one Snapseed from a samurai just outside the room where you fight Lady Butterfly, but it runs out pretty fast. Snapseeds aren’t essential to defeating Lady Butterfly, but they make the fight a whole lot easier. The trouble is, Snapseeds are difficult to come by and only located in certain locations, and you can’t buy them from merchants.
You can find Snapseeds quickly to fight Lady Butterfly if you know where to look, though. Tracking them down requires you to head back to the Ashina Outskirts and deal with another tough enemy: the White Serpent.
To find the Snapseeds, start by heading to the Underbridge Valley area in Ashina Outskirts. You’ll find the location soon after beating the Chained Ogre boss. As you head down past the Idol Statue for the location, you’ll encounter the giant White Serpent, a massive boss that hunts you for your entire passage through the area.
The trick to passing the White Serpent is stealth. Stay low and hidden in the tall grass, wait until the serpent’s attention is elsewhere, then leap across the valley and use your grapple to get clear. Repeat the process of sneaking and avoiding the serpent until you reach the wooden palanquin, where you can briefly hide from the snake. When it gets close to try to look inside, you can do a deathblow on its eye, causing it to flail around in horror and pain, giving you a chance to make a run for the exit of the area beyond.
Once you’re clear of the snake, you’ll hit the Ashina Castle Gate Fortress and its corresponding Idol Statue. Don’t continue once you get there, though. Instead, double back to where you fought the snake. You should see a glowing item on the hillside right near the palanquin where you stabbed the White Serpent, marking a bush on the mountainside. Head to it and you can grab five Snapseeds from the bush.
It’s advisable that you spend some time fighting Lady Butterfly before using your Snapseeds, though. The apparitions you don’t destroy either with your sword or with the seeds will turn into ethereal butterflies that can damage you, but they’re easy to dodge or block with the wooden beams around the area. If you do use Snapseeds, make sure you’re close to the apparitions before you activate them–they create a wave around you that dispels the ghosts, but if you’re too far away, it won’t work.

Where is Xur? Destiny 2 Location And Exotics Guide (March 22-29)
The weekend is here in Destiny 2, and that means Xur, the Agent of the Nine, is too. As usual, Xur is offering a slate of Exotics for a tidy sum, including one from the Forsaken expansion–once again, Warlocks are the lucky ones. But this time, he’s also got a special weekly bounty for players to complete. Here’s where to find him and what he’s offering.
The flashpoint is in Earth’s EDZ this week, and as is usually the case, that’s where Xur is too. You can find him hanging around in the Winding Cove area, up on a cliff wall near a crashed Fallen drop ship. From the spawn point, head straight up to the north, then climb up to find him.
Xur’s weapon of choice this week is The Huckleberry, a powerful and fast-firing submachine gun. Its 30-round magazine goes pretty fast, especially with the Ride The Bull perk, which increases the fire rate and recoil as you hold down the trigger. Rack up kills with the gun to refill its magazine, letting you spray fire even more. It also comes with the Rampage perk, so you do more damage the more kills you earn.
In the armor department, Xur has the gift of the Contraverse Hold Exotic gauntlets for Warlocks, the only offering from the Forsaken set of Exotics. The gauntlets allow you to resist damage when charging up your Warlock grenades for their alternate uses, like Handheld Supernova, Chaos Accelerant, or Feed The Void. You also get a random amount of grenade energy back on a grenade hit. For Titans, there’s Mask of the Quiet One, which gives you ability energy when you’re damaged and refills your health to maximum when you get kills while critically wounded. Finally, Hunters can snag the Gemini Jester leg armor, which is good for Crucible fights. Using your dodge ability near enemies causes them to lose their radar, which is great when paired with the disappearing effects of the Nightstalker class.
Here are all the Exotics Xur offers this week and what they’ll cost you:
- Huckleberry (Exotic combat bow) — 29 Legendary Shards
- Mask of the Quiet One (Exotic Titan gauntlets) — 23 Legendary Shards
- Orpheus Rig (Exotic Hunter gauntlets) — 23 Legendary Shards
- Contraverse Hold (Exotic Warlock Chest Armor) — 23 Legendary Shards
You can also buy a Fated Engram, if you can afford it. Dropping 97 Legendary Shards on the item will grant you one Year One Exotic you don’t already have for that character. Xur also offers the Five of Swords challenge card for free, which allows you to add difficulty modifiers that increase your score in Nightfall runs.
Like last week, Xur also offers an Invitation of the Nine this week. Completing it will net you Powerful gear and some new lore about exactly who the Nine are and what their deal is. They’re not the only ones offering new gear–you can complete the tough Thorn quest to unlock the powerful Exotic hand cannon of Destiny 1 infamy. There’s also the allegiance quest, with different rewards depending on if you pick Drifter or Vanguard.
