If you happen to live near a Costco and be a member, the outlet has some pretty big Black Friday deals and Cyber Monday deals lined up for the year. The company’s Black Friday ad has deals that last as long as early December, so if you’re looking to nab some big savings even after your initial holiday shopping run, you can get some deals on gaming laptops, 4K TVs, and more.

Members still save the most from Costco’s deals, as they get the steepest price drops during Black Friday. Non-members can shop on Costco.com, but note that there’s a 5% surcharge for non-members. You can, however, sign up for a Costco membership (which is $60 a year) to try it out and cancel at any time for a full refund. Member or not, these are some great deals, so you can always check them out online, see if there are any discounts that catch your eye, and decide then. There are tons of other retailers that don’t require memberships boasting great savings this holiday season, so fear not!

Borderlands 3 Pays Tribute To Destiny 2 With The Good Juju Rifle

Borderlands 3 continues the Borderlands tradition of having a lot of different guns for you to collect, and more have been added to the game since its release. In the latest update, which added the Takedown at the Maliwan Blacksite raid, a new burst rifle was also quietly slipped into the game. This new gun, Good Juju, will have extra meaning for players who have put a lot of time into Destiny 2–it’s a direct homage to the Legendary Bad Juju.

Users on the Destiny Reddit noted the distinct similarities between the two guns, from their designs (both feature organic elements around the barrel) to their perks, with both guns automatically refilling your magazine whenever they land a killshot. One fan has found a reliable way of farming the gun, but it involves taking down the Rampager in the Forgotten Basilico on Promethea, with the difficulty turned all the way up to Mayhem 4.

It’s not quite as complicated as Bad Juju was to unlock, but the Good Juju is not a guaranteed drop, so Destiny fans looking to handle a re-imagining of one of the game’s best guns might have to grind for it. Like the Bad Juju, its Borderland equivalent “kinda, sorta wants to end all existence,” according to the description the game offers.

Kohl’s is throwing in $15 of Kohl’s Cash for every $50 you spend from November 25-29. Kohl’s Cash earned during Black Friday weekend has to be spent from November 30 to December 9, however, so keep that in mind. Black Friday is nearly upon us, and the Xbox One Black Friday digital games sale has gone live. Following an early access period during which it was only available to Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, all Xbox One owners can now start shopping Xbox Live’s sale.

There are some huge savings here on more recent games, including Resident Evil 2 at 67% off, a half-price NBA 2K20, and a much cheaper Red Dead Redemption 2. We’ve rounded up a selection of deals below, and we’ve also put together a more extensive look at the best Xbox Live game deals for Xbox One owners. While the majority of what you’ll find are Xbox One games, there are also a bunch of high-quality backwards-compatible games for Xbox 360 and the original Xbox that you can play on One, including earlier entries in the Splinter Cell series.

If you’re picking up an Xbox One in a Black Friday sale, this is a good opportunity to build up your collection. Plus, be sure to check out all the early Xbox Black Friday deals available to you now. Stay tuned for the possibility of more deals being added. Sony’s Black Friday PS4 PSN game sale has a staggered rollout, and while many of the games on sale are the same as on Xbox Live, we know that, for instance, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s base version won’t be on sale until November 28. Nintendo Switch Eshop Black Friday 2019 Sales Revealed For Europe

Nintendo has revealed what it’s putting on sale for Black Friday on its digital Eshop store in Europe. The list includes some great discounts on several big Nintendo Switch games. The sale starts today, November 22 and will continue through December 1.

The sale includes discounts on big first-party games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey, among others. The biggest discount is to Dragon Ball FighterZ, which is a whopping 70% off. Nintendo Switch Online members can also claim 20% off Nintendo Entertainment System Controllers from the My Nintendo Store.

Nintendo of America has not announced its own Black Friday deals yet, but we expect a similar sale to come to North America. Check below for some highlights of the coming discounts. Halo: Reach For PC/Xbox One Will Have 6.2 Million Maps On Launch Day

Following multiple testing periods, Halo: Reach is officially launching on PC and Xbox One on December 3, and it’s going to have a lot of multiplayer maps to choose from. Microsoft confirmed in a blog post that on launch day, Halo: Reach will have a pool of 6.2 million maps available to download and play.

The figure is so massive because it includes “legacy” maps made by the community for the original versions of Halo 3, Halo: Reach, and Halo 4 that have been brought over.

On Xbox One, Halo: Reach is joining The Master Chief Collection, and players will be able to find all of these maps through the file-finder. For PC, games within The Master Chief Collection are launching one-by-one, so these maps will live inside Halo: Reach alone.

It’s good news that all these maps are coming to Halo: Reach on PC at launch because, as announced earlier, the map-making mode, Forge, won’t launch on PC until 2020. The Theatre mode, which allows players to view recent multiplayer matches or campaign missions, will also be unavailable until 2020.

Forge and Theater will, however, be available on Xbox One at launch on December 13.

Also in the blog post, Microsoft confirmed a number of important particulars about Halo: Reach on PC based on feedback from the earlier testing periods. Here is quick rundown:

  • Overall mouse input quality has been “greatly improved” over the betas.
  • Variable frame rate (VFR) will be available at launch.
  • The audio encoding had to be changed for the PC release, and this means it will sound different compared to the Xbox 360 original. The team is working on addressing this.
  • Microsoft is planning to upgrade the servers in its data centers for launch to improve the matchmaking experience.
  • There is push-to-talk communication by pressing and holding the V key.

Halo: Reach costs $10 on Steam, while those who already own Halo: The Master Chief Collection on Xbox One can play the multiplayer, custom games, Forge, and Theatre for free. Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Update Adds New Gunfight Tournament Mode

Infinity Ward is expanding Call of Duty: Modern Warfare‘s intense 2v2 Gunfight mode. With the November 25 update, the developer introduced a new single-elimination tournament variant for Gunfight where 16 teams (32 players in all) compete across eight rounds until one team claims victory.

This is the same Gunfight mode you already know–where players have one life and spawn with a random loadout. Teams that win advance to the next round (and earn XP and other rewards) while the losers go back to the lobby with nothing. The team that wins the entire tournament earns a “high-tier” cosmetic reward in addition to an allotment of XP.

Should your team perform well enough to win a round, you’ll enter a lobby to await the next match. Infinity Ward said in a blog post that players should be patient as wait times can vary as other teams finish their matches.

The new Gunfight Tournament mode is available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, but it is available in beta on PS4, Xbox One, and PC for a limited time.

Microsoft Store Black Friday Xbox One And PC Deals 2019

Microsoft’s got some serious deals going on its official store for Black Friday 2019. The company has discounts on Xbox One S and Xbox One X bundles, wireless controllers (though the Elite Series 2 isn’t among them, sadly), and lots of games. All of its deals are live right now, so you don’t have to wait until Black Friday weekend begins to save big on Xbox One consoles, bundles, and more.

Tons of games are on sale on Xbox Live, including Grand Theft Auto V, Castlevania Anniversary Collection, and Need for Speed Heat, as well as the full Assassin’s Creed catalog. Make sure you browse Microsoft’s official site, the Windows 10 store on a PC, or your nearest Xbox to take a gander at all the savings.

Black Friday Xbox One deals

Xbox One devices are getting discounts of up to $150 off. All Xbox One X console bundles are going for $350, while all Xbox One S bundles are $100 off, with several of them now costing $200. This also means you can get the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition for $150–that system is bundled with digital codes for Minecraft, Sea of Thieves, and bonus Fortnite content. Additionally, Xbox One controllers see lowered prices with up to $20 off, while Design Lab controllers get a $10 discount.

Microsoft is also offering new subscribers their first three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for only $1. Ultimate bundles Game Pass for console and PC, in addition to Xbox Live Gold. New subscribers will also get six months of Spotify, as long as they’re not already subscribed to the music-streaming service. On top fo that, new and existing subscribers get a free month of EA Access and three free months of Discord Nitro–like Spotify, you must also be new subscribers to both services.

Of course, a bunch of Xbox One games are on sale, too, including first-party games like Gears 5, Forza Horizon 4, and Sea of Thieves: Anniversary Edition. Third-party games, such as FIFA 20, NBA 2K20 Legends Edition, and Borderlands 3 Super Deluxe Edition will also see discounts.

Xbox All Access returns

Microsoft also recently announced that the Xbox All Access program is back for another holiday season. Anyone who doesn’t want to pay the full price for a console upfront can instead opt for a monthly payment plan. The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition goes for $20/month, the Xbox One S for $23/month, and the powerful Xbox One X for $31/month. Each option runs for 24 months and comes with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for the full duration of the plan.

The best part of this round of All Access is that you’ll have the option to upgrade to Project Scarlett, the new Xbox console that is scheduled to arrive next holiday. Xbox One X All Access members will be eligible to upgrade after 12 months, but Xbox One S members will have to wait 18 months. All-Digital Edition members will also have to pay a $20 upgrade fee.

All upgrades must go through the retailer you purchased your original 24-month plan from, and you’ll have to re-up to a new 24-month plan (with new terms and pricing). In the US, Amazon is currently the only retailer offering All Access–in the UK, customers can subscribe starting November 5 at Smyths and GAME.

The Outer Worlds is Obsidian’s last game as an independent developer, and by all accounts, it’s quite a finale. Released October 25 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, the game pays homage to the studio’s past with a huge open-ended adventure full of humor and colorful characters as your space-hopping vigilante explores planets owned by corporations.

If you have an Xbox One or PC, the best Black Friday deal on the game is arguably through Game Pass, where it’s free to play. New subscribers can get a three-month Game Pass Ultimate membership–which includes Xbox Live Gold along with Game Pass for both console and PC–for just $1 as part of Microsoft’s Black Friday sale, and The Outer Worlds is part of the subscription’s collection. Surprisingly, the best deals on The Outer Worlds are actually for digital console versions and PC (usually physical copies will get markdowns first). You can find it much cheaper on Xbox One–Amazon has a digital code available for just $35, which beats out the Xbox Store price.

Finally, for PC, you have several good options. Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Patch Notes Released, Here’s What’s New

The newest update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has arrived, and while it’s not the most substantial, it does include some notable changes and improvements.

Starting off, spawn cameras for the Headquarters and Hardpoint multiplayer modes are now turned off. Additionally, the patch fixes a problem related to how players could join a progress too late in a match in the free-for-all mode. On top of that, free-for-all mode is now located in the Filter menu, while four-player parties can now play together in Gun Game.

In terms of fixes, the new Modern Warfare update eliminates a bug that could cause laser sights on the P90 and MP5 to become “misaligned.” The update also removes some out-of-bounds and boosting exploits that some players were taking advantage of. For Spec Ops mode, the update includes a “minor adjustment” to difficulty, but that’s all that developer Infinity Ward had to say on the matter.

In other news, Infinity Ward has introduced a new variant of the 2v2 Gunfight mode. Players can now take part in a tournament to test their skills. In this single-elimination tournament for 16 teams, squads that win will keep moving through eight rounds until one is named victor.
