EA Play E3 2019: Apex Legends New Gun Is A Titanfall 2 Classic

Ahead of the many press conferences that precede E3 2019, EA is holding its annual EA Play livestream. Following its Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order gameplay reveal, EA jumped into what’s coming to Apex Legends in the battle royale game’s second season. Titanfall fans rejoice, the L-Star is dropping into Apex Legends.

The L-Star will only appear in air drops, which makes a lot of sense. One of Titanfall 2‘s most powerful LMGs, the L-Star is an energy weapon that deals tremendous amounts of damage very quickly. In the new EA Play trailer, we see the L-Star decimate enemies and easily demolish doors in seconds. When the gun launches with Season 2, the L-Star might become one of Apex Legend’s most powerful weapons.
